After customer registration in the dedicated online form you can give us your order. The conditioning of your account is automatic. The confirmation of your registration as a customer and your password you will get to the email address specified by you.
You place your order by logging into your account and submitting the order of items in the shopping cart.

All offers are nonbinding. F & A Kalkar reserves the right to refrain in mistakes, typing or calculation errors of the acceptance of the order. If an ordered item is not available against the availability display in the webshop, we are entitled to free ourselves from the contractual obligation to deliver. However, we commit ourselves to inform you immediately of the unavailability and to reimburse approximately obtained without delay. Errors and changes remain expressly reserved.
By placing your order (online order), our order acceptance – confirmed by sending a written order confirmation including delivery to your nominated email or postal address – a legally binding contract comes off, if you do not contradict in writing to our e-mail or postal address within 7 days.

All deliveries are made only on the basis of our general delivery and payment. By ordering goods the customer accepts these without exceptions on.

The prices of the order date are valid, as they are called in the individual offer, respectively are available on the website (www.nature2aqua.de). All our prices include VAT by law. For international deliveries, only the buyer is responsible and liable for any customs duties and import turnover tax of the respective countries.

The commodity remains our property until complete payment.

The delivery takes place only after payment. After receipt of payment the goods will be shipped immediately within 1-3 days.

If a package is damaged, proceed as follows:
If your packet is external damaged, immediately open the package in the presence of the delivery and claim the consignment. You inform F & A Kalkar by telephone or in writing. For parcels, you must claim the damage at the post office. Once the damage is regulated, you’ll get credited the amount paid or replaced the damaged goods.

Guarantee period is 24 months after receipt of the goods. We only guarantee for defects which existed at the time of transfer of risk. Small commercial and technically unavoidable deviations of quality do not justify warranty claims. A defect in the goods must be notified in writing. Obvious defects must be reported immediately after receipt of the goods. The notice period is preserved by sending the notice of defects. Recipient of defects and defective goods is

In case of defects we are initially entitled to choose either to correct the defect (repair) or replacement. If the repair fails or if we are not able to deliver a replacement or if this is delayed for reasons which F & A is responsible, the customer may cancel the purchase agreement (rescission) or claim a reduction of the purchase price (reduction). The cost of returning the goods bears the customer. These are repaid from F & A Kalkar with legitimate complaints. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. We are not liable for consequential damages caused by a defective appliance or using our goods.

German law applies, excluding the CISG. The Amtsgericht Kleve is accepted as court of jurisdiction for any disputes, permitted by law.

Our terms and conditions are the basis for all supplies and services, which we provide with the nature2aqua webshop based in Kalkar and shipping from Kalkar because of online orders via internet.
With each electronic order you process, the customer becomes aware of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). An online-order without knowledge of these terms and without confirmation that you recognize these is not possible. By placing an order, but no later than with the acceptance of the delivery, the terms and conditions apply as you recognized. Deviating and/or supplementary arrangements on your part are also then not be valid, if they are not expressly contradicted. They generally require always our prior written consent.

If any provision of this contract should be void, invalid or contestable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and are then to be interpreted or supplemented that the intended economic purpose is achieved as closely as possible in a legally permissible manner. This also applies to any gaps requiring supplementation.
