Igloo cave Tridacna – giant clam
A really unusual hiding place and a real eye-catcher in the aquarium!
This shape was actually specially made for axolotls and has been carefully crafted accordingly. Contrary to the normal design for axolotls, the entrances of the caves offered here are unintentionally somewhat smaller and therefore less or not at all suitable for adult axolotls. Just as well made, therefore suitable for young axolotls, but not for the “fat” adults :-).
As always, this cave is also carefully handcrafted in different colour variations in our in-house workshop. Before firing, all parts are individually checked and reworked to ensure the safety of your animals.
Dimensions: approx. 19 cm , height approx. 8-9 cm, 2 entrances approx. 4-5 x 4-5 cm, 1 slightly smaller
Colour deviations from the product pictures occur as always when working with the natural material clay and are no reason for complaint.
