This morning I cleared the large breeding box im Hypancistrus contradens tank. 43 larvae had hatched on 22.1.2018 and finally moved into the EHK on 2.2.2018. Since then they fed well (frozen food Moina, SAK Mix 00, walnut leaves) and until today the 43 juvies had reached an average size of 25 mm TL after 55 days, big enough to move into the rearing tank. Thus, also the place became free for the next batch, which this time even consists of 54 larvae!
